It is a fixed price of $4,500, delivered in 10 business days, and it returns a written plan naming what to automate now, what to skip, and three ranked pilots with success metrics. From there you can build with us, run it yourself, or just keep the report.

Do I have to do all three phases?

No. Each phase is priced and bought on its own. The audit has no obligation to continue; the pilot can be a one-time build; the managed plan is month-to-month and you can hand it off whenever you want.

How is this different from your products?

The products — WalterFetch, BananaForce, and BananaBots — are software you can buy and run. Consulting is for when you want a plan and a working system built around the way your specific business operates. The products grew out of this work.

What size companies is this for?

The best fit is roughly 10 to 200 people: small enough to move quickly, large enough that the workflow has real shape and the savings show up. The buyer is usually an owner-operator, founder, COO, or RevOps lead who can decide in one meeting.
